Managing Partner, Co-Founder

Julia von Dewitz is an experienced (ex-BCG) consultant specialising in C-level alignment and transformation journeys. She is convinced that companies can only be truly successful - whether start-ups, scale-ups or large corporations - if the strategy is understood and internalized by every employee at every level. Julia combines scientifically trained analytics with the gift of bringing people together and motivating them to perform at their best. Management teams and executives in international companies value her ability to prioritize and communicate clearly. She is a coach in the XPLORE program at UnternehmerTUM.

Merle von Oppen
Managing Partner

Merle von Oppen is a passionate communications consultant and certified business coach. Her focus is on cultural change, leadership and communication. She thinks in a future-orientated way and is ‘hands on’ in the implementation of convincing ideas. She is characterized by her ability to develop targeted communication concepts, position leaders and teams and establish a corporate culture that is open to innovation. She studied law and is a former TV journalist. In 2020, she founded the communications boutique MO:CO and has been a Managing Partner at NEOFAKTUR since 2024. Merle is a member of the Copetri Future Think Do Tank for resilient organizational structures.

Elisabeth Fischer
Managing Partner, Co-Founder

Elisabeth Fischer has many years of international corporate and consulting experience and has earned a reputation as a creative and motivating realizer. Her projects range from supporting innovation initiatives and the introduction of New Work to coaching cross-functional teams. Elisabeth's focus is on successful forms of collaboration. As an agile coach and expert in hybrid working and leadership, she supports managers and their teams in mastering current challenges in the world of work.

Kathrin Purucker
Partner, Co-Founder

Kathrin Purucker is an experienced consultant, entrepreneur and business coach. As a consultant, she knows the start-up and corporate environment and has the methodological knowledge and toolkit needed for sustainable implementation and change. As a communications expert, Kathrin empowers managers and teams to communicate effectively and efficiently, improving collaboration and results. As a business coach, she contributes her consulting experience and supports managers in steering growth processes, prioritizing and delegating in difficult situations, communicating clearly and while remaining authentic and empathetic in the process.

Vanessa Hensel
Partner, Co-Founder

Vanessa Hensel is helping to drive the energy transition. As a former investment and fund manager, serial entrepreneur in the deep tech sector and partner in a start-up that rethinks leadership. Her focus is on initiating and helping to shape development and transformation processes Her topics: strategy & business development as well as networking & partnering of relevant players in the disruptive market of decarbonization. Vanessa combines investment know-how and an understanding of new business models and value chains with dealmaking expertise. She draws on a strong network of industry partners, start-ups, science and the venture capital world.

Constanze Latussek
Mitglied, Co-Founder

Constanze Latussek accompanies systemic development processes. She is guided by the question of how people and organizations can change in such a way that not only they themselves benefit, but also their environment. As a long-standing manager in business and communication and an experienced entrepreneur, Constanze knows that you can never solve problems with the same thinking that created them. Out of the box, into communication and intervention - that is her motto. She combines systemic counselling with her passion for lifelong learning and development.

Im Think Do Tank der COPETRI Circles sind wir aktiv und entwickeln gemeinsam mit intrinsisch motivierten Persönlichkeiten aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen die Handlungsfelder für zukunftsfähige Organisationsstrukturen. Denn die allem zugrunde liegende Frage lautet doch, wie wir es schaffen, möglichst resilient zu werden und damit zukunftsfähig.
Ein Kernelement dafür ist die stetige Weiterentwicklung und lebenslanges Lernen. Derzeit hoch im Trend: Künstliche Intelligenz und was sie in unserem (Arbeits-)Alltag verändert. Zukunftsfähiger Standort:
Ein Netzwerk, in dem Entscheider und Gestalter aus Wirtschaft, Politik und Wissenschaft über aktuelle Herausforderungen diskutieren und Lösungsansätze entwickelt werden, ist das PULSE Women Economic Network. Auch hier engagieren wir uns aktiv.
