To (women) quota or not to (women) quota. In Germany, there are still far too few women in management positions. We help to raise women's potential and to clear up certain myths. Let's unleash the female power!
Female empowerment begins with self-empowerment. We support women to stand up for themselves authentically, to communicate clearly and to set boundaries in an appreciative and respectful manner. This applies to women at entry level, to make them "fit" for leadership, all the way to women in management positions, whose role and self-assertion need strengthening. We also help to set up a women's network and demonstrate how effective mutual empowerment is.
In a coaching workshop, we help to boost self-confidence, personal responsibility and the ability to assert oneself, communicate clearly and set boundaries. This workshop stands on its own, but can also be the start for building a female network.
The joint workshop sets the stage for a strong basis of trust and is the initial spark for building a female network. Within a company-wide community, women come together on a regular basis in on- and offline formats. Focus topics for this exchange stem from the community itself via workshops & surveys.
